Our company has been present in the Czech Republic since 1995, even though its associates began operating in the real estate market at the beginning of 1994 under the name EUROSTAR s.r.o. Our experience in the market is very diversified - from the acquisition of realties and residential or commercial use building plots to the vacation of apartments, development projects and subsequent reconstructions, the sale or lease of units, management of real estate properties.


The company has especially grown in the past 10 years, during which the most interesting properties have been purchased and developed in the principal parts of the city, like the Malá Strana quarter near the Prague Castle or the pedestrian zone in one the most attractive streets of the centre, adjacent to Wenceslas Square. In 2007 the company has been started to create and develope the luxurious design residential project "Residence Prokopova" in Prague 3, Žižkov. This project has been completed in 2009.

Our company has received two prestigious "Best of Reality" awards:
In November 2002  for the best residential project in the Czech Republic in 2002 for the sensitive restoration of a 16th Century Renaissance building in close proximity to the Prague Castle. In November 2009 the project "Residence Prokopova" has won an award for 3rd place in the category "Residential Projects" in 2009.

3rd place in BEST OF REALTY 2009

Residence Prokopova has won an award for 3rd place in the category "Residential Projects" in the most prestigious developer competition in the Czech Republic BEST OF REALTY 2009. The Ceremony and prestige pricing took place on 12th of November 2009 in Prague Congress Centre.
